Returns

  • You have 30 calendar days from the date you received the item to request a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Some items may not be eligible for return, including:
    • Personalized or custom-made products.
    • Gift cards.
    • Items marked as final sale.

Return Process

Refunds

Late or Missing Refunds

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at sales@rockstyles.co
